Neighbourhood Watch Jacobs Ridge

Neighbourhood Watch has been up and running for several years in Jacobs Ridge Estate but still needs more support from the locals. This initiative is a great way to ensure this area remains a safe place to live. Everyone has the same goal - to make sure their home, valuables and family are safe and secure. Keeping an eye on the other homes in your street or area and reporting any suspicious or criminal behaviour is easy to do.
Come along and join us at our next meeting. We are a friendly bunch of neighbours who all have the same goal in mind. It is great to find out what is going on in the area. We meet at 7pm on the first Monday of every month at Ormeau Woods High School - Goldmine Road, Ormeau. To confirm the date visit the Events tab or sign up to our e-newsletter here. We do regular mailouts to remind everyone when our next meeting is as well as notes covering the topics we discuss.
Do you want a Neighbourhood Watch kit and letterbox plaque but prefer not to attend the meetings? No problems, simply contact us and we will send one out.
When we reach a target of 70% of Jacobs Ridge involved in the program we will get new street signage stating we are a Neighbourhood Watch community. We still need volunteers to door knock and distribute the kits - if you are willing and able please let us know!
