Stockland announces Ormeau Ridge

Stockland has recently released a little more information about the new development which will be located behind Ormeau Hills connecting from Upper Ormeau Road. This new release which follows hot on the heels of the Jacobs Ridge Estate will be called 'Ormeau Ridge'.
As GCCC have announced previously the estimated lot sizes will be between 450 and 650 squares with a large council set back to provide a spacious feel from the street.
Stockland will be making the most of the natural surrounds as they highlight appealing features such as wide open spaces, lush vegetation, walking trails and an outdoor lifestyle. The Pimpama River plays a prominent role as it runs through the centre of this development site and has been transformed into a positive selling point.
